What Incentives are currently available?
Through the end of the year 2026, we are offering:
Assisted Living Apartments: 50% off the first month’s rent with a signed one-year contract.
Independent Living Apartments: 50% off the first month’s rent with a signed one-year contract.
Twin Homes: The first two months of HOA fees are waived with the purchase of a twin home.
Referral Reward: Refer someone who signs a one-year apartment contract or purchases a twin home, and you’ll receive a $500 check!
Who can refer someone?
Anyone! You do not need to be a current tenant, family member, or employee to make a referral.
How do I make sure I receive the $500 referral reward?
The person you refer must provide your name and contact information when they sign their contract or purchase their twin home.
It is the responsibility of the person signing or purchasing to disclose who referred them. If a referral is not disclosed at that time, a referral reward will not be issued.
How much is the referral reward?
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No! If you refer multiple people and each one signs a qualifying contract or purchases a twin home, you can receive a $500 check for each successful referral.
For example, three successful referrals would qualify for $1,500 in referral rewards.
When will I receive my $500 check?
What happens if more than one person refers the same individual?
Does the 50% off apply to both Assisted Living and Independent Living?
Does the 50% discount apply to every apartment type?
Yes. The offer applies to all qualifying apartment types.

When does the Referral Program end?
The program runs through December 31, 2026. A qualifying one-year apartment contract must be signed or a qualifying twin home purchase completed by the program deadline to receive the applicable incentive.
