Our Twin Homes offer a unique option for retirement living. This market rate duplex was specifically designed to be easily navigated and care-free. Financially, the tenant pays an entry deposit and a monthly maintenance fee. 85% of entrance deposit is then returned to the tenant upon re-sale. Amenities include: a two-car garage, lawn care and snow removal, a covered front porch, maintenance of appliances (included) and property, use of common facilities, and access to social activities. Located on the beautiful grounds at Timberland Village, the Twin Homes offer a beautiful setting for carefree retirement living.

Requirements:

Must be able to live independently
Must be at least fifty-five (55) years of age
Must meet minimum financial requirements

Utility fees: gas, electricity, cable TV, water, sewer, telephone and internet
Maintaining insurance against loss or damage of personal property
Maintaining the interior of the Twin Home, keeping it in a clean and habitable condition
All furnishings, meals, sundries, and personal items
Maintaining Medicare Part A & B coverage if eligible. If not eligible, maintaining other health insurance coverage is required
